Leverage InVision's new Design System Manager to create a scalable, collaborative style guide. Share the guide across lines of business and gather feedback.
The first step was drafting a high-level process, grounded in research and testing. Beginning with defining the problem, the new process steps through iteration and refinement, ending in launch and continued improvement. The diagram was further refined by gathering feedback from stakeholders and team members.
The second step was to create a diagram that detailed with tools we use as a team, including InVision for prototyping, JIRA for task-tracking, and Zeplin for design and spec delivery. This diagram is used to teach new team members about our process, and encourage current team members to follow the process.
